Upon completing New York OSHA 10-Hour Construction Training, participants will be able to understand the following learning objectives:

• Enforce appropriate site safety practices to reduce the chances of injuries by recognizing hazards such as slips, trips, and falls.
• Eliminate potential threats involving tasks at elevated construction sites and electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Correctly choose Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) relevant to the job operations and ensure its maintenance before using it.
• Comprehend crane safety, stairway safety, ladder safety protocols, and safety measures for using hand and power tools to prevent injuries.
• Remove cave-in risks by recognizing potential excavation, trenching, and shoring work hazards.
• Recognize potential health hazards involving silica, lead, and asbestos exposure and implement safety measures to ensure a healthful environment.
• Demonstrate appropriate hazard communication protocols as well as proper handling and storage.
• Understand the job activities involving hot work, including welding and cutting, to avoid injuries and learn the appropriate use of fire extinguishers during emergencies.

• You must score 70% or above to pass the final OSHA exam of the New York OSHA 10 Construction training, for which THREE ATTEMPTS are provided. 
• If you fail all THREE ATTEMPTS or let your course expire after six months, you can use a one-time Course Reset Button to log in, but if the same repeats, you’ll be locked out of the OSHA 10 Construction New York.
• You can repurchase the course with the same enrollment procedure and begin your OSHA 10 Hour OSHA training NY.
• Once you complete the 10-Hour OSHA course NY and pass the final exam, you will be emailed a printable OSHA 10 New York Construction Certificate.
